To help prevent Alzheimer’s, Rogen explained, a large portion of prevention would deal with destigmatizing illnesses in the brain. Additionally, Maria Shriver interviewed an author for the segment, who explained that a healthy diet and exercise could potentially lead to a smarter, healthier life.”
