Pictures of the brain’s activity during Yoga Nidra

Researchers have, for the first time, succeeded in taking pictures of the brain during a meditative deep-relaxation, with as short a scanning time as one minute per image. The initiators were researchers, Dr. Hans Lou and Dr. Troels Kjær from the Kennedy Institute in Copenhagen. Published in 1999.
